The emerald Vrbas is home to one of the most thrilling rafting experiences in South-East Europe — a mix of rapids, canyon scenery and untouched nature just a few kilometres from the city centre.
Good to know
- The rafting season runs from spring to autumn, when water levels are best.
- The most spectacular stretch runs through the Tijesno canyon, with class III–IV rapids.
- Trips usually depart from Karanovac and Krupa na Vrbasu.
- Equipment and licensed guides are provided — suitable for beginners too.
